Terms & Conditions for the STD Competition

1. The promoter is Steps Leaders located at Level 4, 8 West Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060; StepsLeaders.com.au, ABN 64 118 122 704
2. To be eligible to receive one of the 12 vouchers being given away respondents must be one of the first 12 people to complete the two multi-choice questions and submit online through the online form located at http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/482997/SL-International-Womens-Day-8MAR2011
3. Entrants details will not be passed onto third parties. Entrants will only ever be contacted by Steps Leaders, and may opt out or unsubscribe at any time.
4. An Eligible person is the person to whom the offer is addressed. An Eligible Person is only permitted to receive one voucher.
5. No employee of Steps Leaders will be eligible to participate in either participate in the Market Research or receive a thank you voucher.
6. There are 12 prizes of $30 Coles Myers vouchers being given away valued at approximately $360 total.
7. The competition will open on the 8th of March 2011 and close on the 12th of March 2011.
8. Winners will be notified by phone within a week of submitting the form. Prizes will then be posted to the winners nominated address.
9. All entrants will be notified of the winners within one (1) week of the draw closing, by email by StepsLeaders.
10. In the unlikely scenario that this competition is not capable of running as planned, including technical failures, fraud or any other causes, Steps Leaders reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
