The core curriculum of each program is delivered by skilled facilitators and qualified career coaches. Further leanings, experiences and proven strategies are shared by invited role models and guest presenters selected to specifically address the needs of the program participants.
FACILITATORS
The group sessions associated with each program are managed by a Facilitator, who is a skilled trainer and possesses a wide range of business experience. The Facilitator’s key responsibilities are to ensure an enjoyable and productive group learning experience through the delivery of the program curriculum, encouraging discussion amongst participants, and connecting core themes and issues raised throughout the duration of the program to ensure appropriate learning outcomes. The Facilitator is also the core point of contact with the Career Coach and other Faculty members.
Career Coaches
The role of a Career Coach is to help participants identify their specific skills, interests, abilities and goals within the individual sessions and work with participants to determine an appropriate action plan to ensure those aspirations are realised. Participants will work with one Career Coach through the duration of the program, who will listen, offer advice, encourage and challenge you. The Coaches associated with the Steps Programs are highly qualified and have been selected through strong referrals and endorsements of recognised businesses.
Role Models
The Steps Leadership Programs will incorporate time for frank and open discussion with successful business leaders from a variety of backgrounds, who participants could identify as a Role Model. Role Models are invited to share the challenges and triumphs in their personal and professional journey in group sessions, so as to allow participants to benefit from their experience. Role Models are also terrific sounding boards, and participants are invited to exchange ideas with the Role Models to obtain a new perspective on a key issue or concern.
Guest Presenters
Often there are some issues that are genuinely best left to the experts to address, and this is where the programs’ Guest Presenters feature. Our Guest Presenters have acquired considerable experience and achieved significant results within their field of expertise and provide participants with a fresh perspective on particular business issues.
