Top Steps:

Runs for 10 weeks and combines 5 workshops with 5 individual coaching sessions. We recommend new and emerging managers attend this program. Content includes personality type assessment, emotional intelligence, powerful communication, leadership and driving change.

Professional Steps:

Runs for 8 weeks and includes 4 workshop sessions and 4 individual coaching sessions. We run this program for individuals already experienced in management and leadership and who are looking forw advanced skill development.

Team Steps

This is a one day fast paced program aimed at creating a high performing team.

Coaching Steps

This is a 2 day workshop to introduce, demystify and practice fundamental elements of coaching in a business environment.
