Caitlin  is an experienced and qualified career development consultant and coach.  Her work includes career development and career transition coaching, leadership development coaching and workshop facilitation in manufacturing, corporate, tertiary education, government and not for profit environments.  Caitlin has over 10 years’ experience as a career development consultant and is also a Career Development lecturer at RMIT.

Caitlin’s key areas of professional expertise are: strategic career & leadership development coaching for emerging and potential leaders; and leadership, career & team development in the not for profit sector.  Her solution focussed approach is highly regarded in her work with both groups and individuals.

In her work as a career and leadership development coach Caitlin partners her clients as they explore their personal leadership style, understand and tap their potential, develop career and leadership goals and execute action plans and strategies.  Her clients value her insight, integrity and humour as well as her ability to blend the theory and practice of leadership & career development. 

Caitlin is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia and her work as a career development consultant and coach has been recognised by her peers, having received the Miles Morgan Award for Excellence in Career Development Services for her innovative JobREADY Career Development Program developed for vision impaired job seekers. 

Together with post graduate level qualifications in career development, Caitlin is an accredited Myers Briggs Type Indicator & EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence facilitator, a New Directions accredited counsellor and possesses Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training and Bachelor of Arts.

Outside of her work Caitlin is involved in a range of activities including coordinating a mentoring program for her professional association, volunteering with Fitted For Work & the Women’s Information & Referral Exchange and undertaking further studies in Roman History.  She loves Roman mosaics, everything art deco, archaeology, travel and eating out. 

Caitlin is an active member of the Victorian Committee of the Australian Association of Career Counsellors (AACC).
